Retirement Visa

Term and Condition :
1. The age must be 55 years or over, 
2. Pensioner who receive US$1.500 or more per month or person who has ebough deposit for his/her life expenses in Indonesia, 
3. Purchase (US$35.000 or more) or rent (US$500 or month/month) an accommodation which must be located at an authorized tourist area, 
4. Insured for health insurance and life insurance, 
5. Insured for personal liability (possible to be insured in Indonesia), 
6. Employment contract letter for indonesia (1 person at least) as your house keeper or driver, 
7. Indonesian government requires this kind of letter because the unemplotment rate is very high in Indonesia and so that the employment rate could be higher, 
8. No work and no business in Indonesia, 
9. Sponsorship should be one travel agent which has special license by immigration in Indonesia
Document Required :
1. copy of passport and or travel documents which are valid for at least one year, 
2. Proof of holding a pension or deposit (bank statement), 
3. Copy of health insurance, life insurance and personal liability, 
4. Copy of marriage certificate, 
5. Proof of receipt or through renting proof of rental agreemen. The mentioned accommodation must be located at an authorized tourist area and in accordance with the prevailing regulations, 
6. Employment letter - Affidant. You must employ at least one Indonesian citizen for assistances kind of work, such as nursing, housekeeping or any other kind of assistances during your stay in Indonesia,  
7. Your resume (curiculum vitae),
